Epidermal cyst – clogged sebaceous gland

An Epidermal cyst is a sebaceous cyst that occurs when the outlet to a sebaceous gland is clogged (blocked pore). As the gland continues to produce sebum (sebum), it gradually forms a lump under the skin.
